They love making wreaths because it can be displayed anywhere in the home for their family and friends to admire. In this project children have the opportunity to explore different materials, textures and colours to create a crafty piece of art.
Wreaths are perfect for any occasion. It could be turned into a ‘Happy Birthday, Mum (or Dad)’ gift. Or a Happy Birthday gift for a friend instead of a card! Or a even a Get Well Soon gift. A little sign can be added to the wreath with their unique message. Father’s Day is coming up so it could also be a Father’s Day wreath. There are simple instructions included for the child to follow and once they get the hang of it they can create the wreath however they like with the supplies included.
